Our First Debate

On Wednesday last, our debating team participated in an online debate organised by Athlone Education Centre. The team proposed the motion 'Electric cars are the best way for countries to reduce their emissions.' Below you can see our three speakers to the right and our timekeeper and chairperson to the left.

Well done to all pupils involved. They now go forward to propose the motion 'Sport always brings communities together' on 17th January.
